Abdominal Connections was created for the purpose of rehabilitating Diastasis Recti. The program and exercises included in this package do not replace the diagnosis or prescription given by a doctor. Before beginning any new exercise routine postpartum check with an OBGYN or attending physician. Always follow up with a 6 week evaluation after giving birth. The Abdominal connections program is intended for healthy mothers of natural or uncomplicated C-section births.
